Because time is important to us and to you, we make every effort to stay on or ahead of schedule. Please do your part to keep us on time: arrive promptly and give your name to the receptionist before taking a seat.

Smart Scheduling

We designed our scheduling system to better serve you and expedite treatment. Long appointments are scheduled during the morning hours. Because many of our patients are in school, after-school appointments are the most desirable. To be fair, we alternate during-school and after-school appointments. We appreciate your support and understanding in helping us keep to our system.

Missed Appointments

The appliances we use to adjust your teeth need to be monitored regularly. When you miss an appointment, you slow progress and lengthen your treatment period. Please be aware that when you miss an after-school appointment, it may have to be rescheduled during school hours.

Phone and Email Reminders

Before each appointment, expect a reminder call from our automated system. It's convenient and advanced with the ability to recognize answering machines and take messages from you to us. If you provide an email address, we will also be happy to send you appointment reminders in this way as well.

Please understand that we value each personal contact that our office makes. We have chosen this system because it allows us to give our in-office patients excellent care, without eliminating appointment reminder calls.
