


Dr. Jeremy D. Smith is a native of Conway, Arkansas, and he received his college education at the University of Central Arkansas. He went on to attend the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, where he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1999. Following his graduation from dental school, Dr. Smith remained at LSU, where he completed a year residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
Dr. Smith then was accepted into the LSU School of Dentistry Department of Orthodontics, where he received two full years of specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at one of the nation's leading orthodontic residency programs. In addition to being honored for his achievements with the J. Jerome Hebert Award from the Louisiana Association of Orthodontists, Dr. Smith was chosen to receive the James P. Bordelon Faculty Award for Excellence. This prestigious award is given to one resident each year for clinical excellence in orthodontics.
After completion of his residencies, Dr. Smith was excited to return to Arkansas. He is active in his community and church and is a member of the Rotary Club of Bentonville-Bella Vista. He is married to Dr. Courtney Smith, whom he met while in dental school. They have two beautiful daughters, Macy Layne and Riley Paige.
To ensure that he is always learning, Dr. Smith is active in local study clubs that meet every month. He also exceeds the required number of hours in continuing dental education each year. Dr. Smith is a member of the following professional associations:
